David Lam, CPA
Partner in-charge, Assurance Group
David Lam is an attest Partner at DNJ. He is also the practice leader of the firm in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)/Internal Audit Service Function.
With more than 20 years in both private and public accounting experience, Mr. Lam provides audit, review, compilation and business consulting services to emerging and middle-market companies and non-profit organizations as well as U.S. public companies. His consulting expertise includes internal control review and remediation, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, all of which build shareholder value and support for future growth.
Mr. Lam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Lam graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California (USC). Mr. Lam is fluent in English as well as Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese.
Andrew I. Park, CPA, JD

Andrew I. Park, with his legal and accounting expertise, has helped corporate and individual clients to resolve diverse corporate and individual clients to resolve diverse corporate and tax issues with the U.S. federal and state authorities.
With his legal background, Mr. Park has extensive experience dealing with numerous forensic accounting issues, including M&A, business interruption, breach of contract, unfair competition, partnership disputes, fraud and misrepresentation, wrongful termination, and real estate transaction.
In addition, Mr. Park was an in-house counsel for Korean Auto Valley Operation (KAVO) in South Korea, where he rendered legal and financial advice to its management to host Formula One Grand Prix (F1 GP) in South Korea. Specifically, Mr. Park negotiated with the Korea provincial governments as well as Formula One Management to assist KAVO to successful acquire the F1GP promotional right in South Korea in 2011.
Mr. Park obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with the Highest Distinction and Phi Betta Kappa.
Mr. Park is bilingual in English and Korean.
